Call for abstracts

All participants are invited to submit abstracts for their presentation at the Meeting.

Organizing Committee invites you to take a look at the list of topics and consider submitting an abstract for evaluation.

Rules for submission

Electronic Submission

Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the on-line abstracts’ submission template. No abstracts sent by other means (fax, post, e-mail) will be accepted. The Abstract (including Title, Authors, Affiliations and main Text) should not occupy more than 1 page.

Title: Maximum 150 characters (including spaces); Use sentence case format, i.e. not all uppercase letters

Authors: Include all the authors’ Firstnames and Family Names, in that order; Presenter author should be underlined

Affiliations: Include the affiliations for all the authors under numbers 1, 2, 3, etc.

Text: Should be written in English in font Arial 12pt; Do not exceed 2000 characters (including spaces); Use 1,5 line separation; Avoid any pictures and graphics.

Type of presentations:

– Poster presentation

– Poster presentation with option to oral presentation

At the time of submitting your abstract you will be asked to select the type of presentation you would like to give.

Type your abstract into the abstract submission template provided, including Title, Names and Affiliations as indicated. Tables, graphics, figures and images cannot be included in the abstract. Once the abstract has been submitted, the contact author will receive an e-mail message as confirmation of receipt stating the submission reference number.

Abstracts can be modified at any time before September 15th 2020 by using your reference number. The notification of acceptance, the stating of the final reference number and details of day and time for presentation will be sent by the Congress Secretariat to the contact author by e-mail by 15th October 2020.

Details of abstracts will appear in the program exactly as submitted. Authors are requested to follow the rules and guidelines strictly. Authors are solely responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the data submitted.

Poster presentation guidelines

You will receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance for poster presentation, poster number and schedule for your poster presentation.

Oral presentation guidelines

You will receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance for oral presentation (short talk), presenting session, schedule for your oral presentation and specific guidelines for your presentation.

Abstract presentation, modification and withdrawals

The presenting author of an accepted abstract must attend and register for the Congress. All accepted abstracts will be published in an Abstract Book (pdf format).

Should you wish to make modifications to an already submitted abstract, you may use your personal access codes. Corrections to regular abstracts can only be made until the submission deadline: September 15th 2020.

Requests for withdrawal of an abstract must be received in writing to by October, 15th 2020 to avoid publication in the Program and Book of Abstracts.
